-Develop brands marketing budget/plan to achieve volume/share/equity objectives.
-Manage the brands profitability through accurate competitive pricing strategy.
-Manage the brands wise spending within the approved P&L parameters.
-Manage the full execution of the brand launch with sales & local agencies.
-Manage the full brands digital communication / activation to meet set KPIs.
-Manage the full portfolio key innovation projects and collaborate with r&d for best results.
-Support the portfolio n ground activation and promotions within the different channels.
-Develop/implement the necessary control parameters to measure launch success/failure.
-Manage/coach assistant brand manager on MRTG technical expertise function ( in case of ABM presence).
-Conduct monthly/quarterly/annual reviews of the business performance on-going.
-Assign/manage BTL agencies to conduct in-market activation programs.
work experience
12+ yrs experience in FMCG marketing dominated.
