We are hiring admin coordinator , 3-5 years of experience.
Location : Sheikh Zayed , Giza , Egypt
-duties and responsibilities :-

1.Implements and carry out all personnel related functions and maintain constant contact with related governmental authorities to accomplish the required tasks.
2.Provide newly hired employees with social insurance applications and ensure that they are filled correctly and accurately to be submitted to the concerned authorities.
3.Opening social insurance accounts for new hired employees and receive all related hiring documents.
4.Coordinating and arranging the hospitality for the company visitors and guests starting from the arrival and welcoming till the departure.
5.Hotel booking for the company’s guests and for the company’s employees when needed.
6.Responsible for drivers, including and preparing the weekly drivers schedule.
7.Coordinating and facilitating for the transportation of the company’s guests.
8.Providing a weekly report about the housekeepers and the buffet stuff to the direct managers concerning the attendance, attitude, and achievements of each employee.
9.Preparing the purchasing order on SAP of the stationary and the cleaning tools and other tasks.
10.Follow up the photo copy machines and faxes maintenance when needed.
11.Providing a monthly report concerning the maintenance visits and costs of the photo copy machines and faxes.
12.Coordinating the maintenance for the main building concerning employees’ offices, meeting rooms, WCs & buffets and outside areas.
13.Coordinating and assuring the completion of the new comers arrangements with the involved departments (Desk, stationary, P.C, land line …….Etc.).
14.Evaluate the buffet stock daily to indicate the buffet needs and budget on a weekly base and prepare the purchase order for approvals or purchase it when urgently needed.
