Digital Marketing Specialist to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and network users.
Responsibilities
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy for all the assigned accounts.
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, GIF) to all the assigned pages, platforms and website.
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content

• Use social media analysis (such as social bakers) to analyze pages performance against competitors.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Communicate with bloggers, influencers, and community groups via social media to create a strong network
• Moderate all user-generated content in line and according to the KPIs set in the marketing strategy.
• Create editorial calendars for each page according to the marketing strategy.
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments (medical operations, call center, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience as a Digital marketing specialist or similar role
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, SEO.
• Good understanding of social media KPIs.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
• Excellent knowledge of developing and managing ads on different platforms such Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, as well as SEM.
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
• Fluency in English
• BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations.
