Position Overview:
Warehouse Manager
AGS Egypt is seeking a skilled, motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee the Cairo warehouse's daily operations. The ideal candidate should bring expertise in logistics or supply chain management and have a proactive approach to optimizing workflows, ensuring safety, and maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse functions: inventory control, order processing, and dispatch.
- Lead, train, and supervise the warehouse team to maintain a positive work environment.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, maintaining a compliant and secure workspace.
- Optimize workflows and storage systems to improve warehouse efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to align warehouse operations with company goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
- Skills: Proficient in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
