Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Manage digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create marketing materials and tools that effectively promote the company's properties.
- Plan and oversee advertising and promotional activities, including online, print, and events.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, advertising agencies, and vendors.

Requirements:
