Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Import/Export Logistics Specialist to manage and optimize our international shipping operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in export logistics and a comprehensive understanding of global trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Import/Export Operations: Handle the complete logistics process, including shipment planning, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery coordination.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
- Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other logistics service providers to secure cost-effective and reliable transportation solutions.
- Cost Optimization: Implement strategies to reduce shipping costs while maintaining service quality.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and warehouse operations.
- Documentation: Prepare and review all necessary import/export documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, ACID number, and other required documents.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to international shipping, including potential delays, damages, and compliance issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in export logistics or international shipping.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in managing third-party logistics providers.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management is advantageous.
