Our company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources across our departments. The ideal applicants will have demonstrated HR management expertise spanning more than five years, as well as knowledge of best practices in hiring, employee relations, compliance, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and carry out HR plans and projects that complement the overarching corporate strategy.
Handle requests, complaints, or other matters to build a bridge between management and employee relations.

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

- a track record of success in HR management or related HR executive positions.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Location Preferences: Candidates residing in Nasr City, Masr El-Gdida, Sherouk, and Badr are preferred.
