Smiley’s Group is Hiring a marketing manager:
Responsibilities:
• Creating plans and strategies to improve brand recognition and attract targeted customers.
• Manage the marketing team ensure that they meet deadlines and complete necessary tasks.
• Oversee all marketing campaigns in the company.
• Analyze data to determine the success of marketing campaigns and come up with novel ideas to improve brand marketing and visibility.
• Coordinate and plan photoshoots to ensure that the final product retains the current level of high quality.
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
• Keeping an eye on the outside companies that manage our social media and media buying.
• Plan and coordinate significant events and exhibitions.
• Make plans and budgets for the coming month and year.
• Monitor the effectiveness of each marketing effort to make sure the monthly ROI is met.
• Ensure that all marketing materials are generated with the best possible quality the highest attention to detail.

• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
• Managing correspondence and discussions with all aggregators.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in marketing in the Food & Beverage Industry
• A university degree in marketing/business or any related field
• Experience in managing a team and working with external agencies.
• Experience in digital marketing, including social media, content marketing and digital ads
• Established PR contacts with foodies and influencers
• Basic to in-depth working knowledge of email marketing tools including Mailchimp, Business Manager (Meta), and Google Analytics.
• Expertise in utilizing measurements and analysis to make defensible decisions.
• Exposure to organizing events and exhibitions.
• Having experience with graphic design programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva is a plus.
• Familiarity with E-commerce websites
