Job Description
Digital Operations Supervisor leading role is to provide leadership, expert guidance, supervision and oversight for the digital chat and social media contact center by managing day-to-day performance of his/her direct team whilst having supervision on floor operations and duties.
Oversee the posting of content and handle user activity on social media sites.
Responsibilities
- In charge of overseeing the daily work of his or her direct team members, including quality control, social media and digital chat, and contact center operations flow in compliance with SEOUDI supermarket standards.
- Keep an eye on the conformance and adherence of direct reports and make sure that the staff schedule is followed.
- Regularly coach direct reports on their performance in an effective manner to guarantee that performance metrics are reached.
- Determine performance-related problems, create an improvement strategy, and carry out corrective measures.

Communicate with many stakeholders to provide optimal client satisfaction.
- Ensure that the team's output aligns with the KPIs specified in the contract.
- When necessary, use your subject area expertise to manage clients' escalated issues through digital channels.
- Uphold and make sure the rules for moderation and direct conversation are current.
Oversee the creation of reports on pertinent issues, statistics, and results related to moderating.
- Manage monitoring all industry and company information and news to anticipate potential issues.
- Hold team meetings as a free exchange of ideas and to guarantee prompt dissemination of pertinent information. Plan and coordinate group activities.
- Encourage team members by being an advocate for them and by modeling the conduct and attitude of the SEOUDI supermarket.
- Assistance with recruiting, educating, and readying call center representatives to handle client issues and/or advertise SEOUDI supermarket goods and services.
- Prepare operational reports and analyze data to assist and advise management.
- Ensures all SEOUDI Super Market policies and procedures are executed in a positive manner.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in digital direct chat and social media content supervision role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent command of English | Arabic (written – typing skill).
- Working operational knowledge and understanding of online community platform moderation tools (Forums, Blogs, Photo uploads, Commenting etc.)
A focus on the customer and the capacity to adjust to various personality types are essential.
- Understanding of the concepts and procedures of customer service.
- Skilled in pertinent computer programs.
