Bachelor's degree in pertinent pharmaceutical, medical, or scientific disciplines is required for the position.
English proficiency, both spoken and written.
+2 years in a comparable supervisory position with Egyptian pharmaceutical firms.

Job Description:
- Plans and execute the sales activities necessary to achieve the agreed sales objectives of the assigned products within his area/territory of responsibility.
- Build, develop and motivate a team of field representatives and cultivate a winning team attitude.
- Provide in-field coaching, monitor performance and lead the individual development plans for his team members.
- Monitor the performance of the sales team by maintaining a system of visit plans, reports and business communications.
- Implement a customer-driven strategy by maintaining and developing a positive long-term relationship with customers and key opinion leaders.
- Assist in developing the particular plans, strategies, and resources required to guarantee the achievement of such forecasts.
- Continue to keep an eye on the sales progress and get involved as necessary to correct off-target results.
- Keep a close eye on the shifting dynamics of the market and the actions of the competition to provide timely feedback and suggest initiative countermeasures.
- Strive to seek and seize new possible business possibilities while working to develop his designated area or territory.
- Ensure adherence to the company's rules and processes and act as an example for the rest of the team.
