We are hiring – personnel specialist
Responsibilities
1- Handles employees' files preparation and checks the receiving of required hiring documents
2- Handles & helps with any issue related to all official governmental requirements, social insurance, medical insurance, etc...
3- Ensures that new employees are registered and resigned or terminated employees are removed from social and medical insurance.
4- Follows up with the medical care company (Additions, Deletions, claims, and correspondences) keeps employees' and registration databases up-to-date.
5- Answers employees' inquiries and helps in providing the proper guidance.

6- Follows up on each employee's annual leave, sick leave, and others to send warnings or send them with remaining balances.
7- Keeps a record and follows up on the attendance of all employees.
8- Calculate staff's dues (Over time, Days off, Allowances etc.)
9- Archives necessary employee file documentation and keeps them up-to-date.
10- Assists in other HR admin tasks
11- Design and update job descriptions
12- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms
13- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
14- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
Job package
Salary: 6500 k net
Working hours: 8 hr
Two days off: Fri - Sat
Location: Merghani - Heliopolis

Job requirements
Bachelor Degree
Males only
Command of the English language Preferably 3 years of experience in the same role.
Proficient user of Microsoft office.
