Job Description – IT Manager (Infrastructure)
Seeking candidates for IT Manager (Infrastructure), who will be responsible for overall IT Day to day operations to improve infrastructure, performance and end users satisfaction with minimum escalation.
The successful candidate will have improved skills, a proven professional experience, and
a detailed knowledge of industry’s best practice processes.
Must to Have
• Applicants should possess Min. 6-8 years of experience in IT Manager or Asst. IT Manager
· Proven experience leading and executing the implementation of large technology solutions.
· Manage information technology and computer systems
· Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
· Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
· Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
· Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
· Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
· Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
· Audit systems and assess their outcomes
· Preserve assets, information security and control structures
• Should have Experience in Implementations of various business application across departments

• Conduct Weekly and Monthly Department Meeting and Monitor the Team Developments
· Providing direction for IT team members
Good to Have
· Experience in any ERP (preferably MSD365 Business Central/Navision)
· Experience in Microsoft Product Implementation & Management of Microsoft 365
(Outlook, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI…)
· Knowledge for MS SQL Server and ASP.Net, C# development.
· Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all groups and levels;
· Problem solver and critical thinker
· Analytical mind and research orientation
· Project and time management skills
