Senior Core Banking Applications Support is needed by Attijariwafa Bank on a full-time basis.
Job Description:
* Support for the Core Banking Solution's functional requirements as well as dependent interfaces and integrations.
* Developing triggers, processes, and views on-site, etc.
* Work closely with the business analyst to identify problems and report them to the vendor.
* Perform User Acceptance Testing, System Integration Testing, and System Support in close collaboration with Business Analysis.
* Core Banking System configuration, patches, updates, and upgrade administration.
* Oversee and assist with the Core Banking system's interaction with other related apps.
* For future reference, note down any Core Banking application-related procedures that are necessary.
* Anticipates Core Banking application problems and implement preventive measures.
* Manage Service Level Agreement (SLA) with service providers.
* Actively manage the timely resolution of outstanding defector issues impacting the business.

* Assist with the creation of papers such as strategy documents and presentations.
Specify changes, data migration, and system integration in writing.
* onsite management and implementation of requests for application changes.
* Investigate user issues, pinpoint the underlying reason, choose potential solutions, test those ideas, and put them into practise.
Qualifications:
Computer science or computer engineering bachelor's degree.
SQL queries on Oracle.
3 years or more of experience supporting core banking applications are required.
