Job Description
• Enjoy consulting with clients and analyzing their needs
• Responsible for screening CVs, conducting interview and building a pool of candidates to meet the client’s requirements.
• Complete all needed document for all outsourcing employees medical and social insurance.
• Send the salaries, bonus, deduction and over time sheet for the finance team, and make sure that the outsourced employees receive all there benefits.
• Sustain periodic monthly meetings with all clients.
• Plan and make sure all trainings are delivered for the outsourcing employees.
• Update and renew all outsourcing employees’ contracts at the assigned dates.
• Release customer’s invoices monthly.

Job Requirements
• A customer service-oriented attitude towards work activities
• Able to resolve service delivery or product issues quickly, and to the satisfaction of the client
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Highly organized and efficient
• Demonstrates excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Shows consistent professionalism and good judgment
• *Perfect MS- office skills is must especially Excel, and PowerPoint
• *Very Good in English
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
