Key Activities:
-Receives customer requests and examines the possibility of implementing them with the production department and stores.
-Review the letters of credit and bank transfers of customers and send them to the financial sector to follow up collection procedures.
-Required to handle reports which entails the collection of information useful in the development of sales and contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the company.
-Receiving order requests from clients.
Proactively managed aged debt to meet cash flow targets.
-Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to existing work processes in order to improve efficiencies in the Organization.
-Providing efficient delivery logistics through data management.
Key Requirements:
- BA Holder.
- (1-3) years of experience.
- V. good English.
- Excellent computer skills.
•Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
• Experience in SAP systems.
•Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
•Good organizational and time management skills.
