Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, customer satisfaction, inventory control, and financial performance.
Responsibilities will include:
• Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
• Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including customer service, inventory management and cost control
• Familiarity with the Oracle suite of restaurant management software: Micros POS & Materials Control.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
