IFCG Company, located in 6th of October City, requires:

Process Technologist

Job Description :

1. Manufacturing processes are observed and managed to guarantee their seamless and effective operation.

2. Performing regular inspections and tests to identify and troubleshoot any issues or abnormalities in the production process.

3. modifying the parameters and settings of equipment to maximize process efficiency and fulfill production goals.

4. Collaborating with engineers and other team members to develop and implement process improvements and upgrades.

5. ensuring that safety laws and quality standards are followed at every stage of the manufacturing process.

6. recording test findings, process parameters, and any remedial measures done for analysis and record-keeping.

Process Technologist

7. Training and mentoring junior technicians or operators on proper process procedures and equipment operation.

8. Studying, introducing and implementing new product , equipment or process to improve the overall company performance and to achieve its objectives . 

Job Requirements :

1. Excellent problem-solving and technical acumen to identify and fix process-related problems.

2. Attention to detail and ability to analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process optimization.

3. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and instrumentation used in the production environment.

4. knowledge of industry-relevant safety rules and quality requirements.

5. Proficiency in communication to effectively interact with team members and effectively deliver information.

6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

7. To stay current on new technology and industry best practices, adopt a mindset of continuous learning.

8. Giza and Cairo residents are preferred.

     • FMCG background is a must.

     • French fries processing experience is preferred.
