Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries, orders, and feedback related to our restaurant or fast-food services.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assist customers in placing orders, processing payments, and providing product information.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
Uphold company standards and policies while delivering excellent service to customers.
Requirements:
Minimum of one or two years of experience in the restaurant or fast-food industry.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
English : Very good.
