Qalam is hiring immediately a Project Manager to join our company (in-house) located in Nasr City, Cairo.
Position: Project Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Analyze, arrange, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with the help of stakeholders and the resources at hand.
- Create project schedules and plans, taking into account the need for resources (such as translators, reviewers, proofreaders, etc.).
- Identify and assign appropriate translators and reviewers based on the project requirements and expertise.

Oversee the distribution of resources, workload, and availability during the duration of the project.
- Provide guidance and support and address any issues that may arise.
- Recognize and adhere to the specific instructions provided for each job.
- Develop and implement strategies for translation projects.
- Supervise the implementation and completion of projects.
- Oversee the coordination of quality assurance procedures and guarantee the general caliber of projects.
- Manage feedback received from translators and reviewers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Holds a degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field, demonstrating a strong educational background in the subject matter.
- Capable of managing demanding work settings and reliably meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in handling high-pressure work environments and consistently delivering results within challenging timeframes.
- Capable of prioritizing work and efficiently managing time to fulfill strict deadlines.
