We are hiring an Admin Assistant at The Egyptian Association for Finance (EAF) Head office in Giza, Egypt.

Institution Description:

The Egyptian Association for Finance (EAF) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) that funds small and medium-sized businesses to attain financial sustainability. It does this by establishing small and microfinance programs to aid in community development and lower unemployment.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Giza. The Administrative Assisant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and performing various tasks including scheduling appointments, answering phones, maintaining files and records, and coordinating meetings and events. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance and other clerical tasks as needed

Responsibilities:

• Return calls when appropriate and answer them.

• Schedule new meetings and appointments and oversee the daily, weekly, and monthly agenda.

• Draft and distribute memos, forms, and letters.

• Keep track of and update the contact details of partners, suppliers, customers, and staff.

•Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.

•Develop and maintain a filing system.

•Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.

• Arrange your travel.

•Document expenses and hand in reports.

•Undertake occasional receptionist duties.

•Update vacation balance.

•Handling medical operations and approvals.

•adding job posts, screening CV.s and arranging interviews.

Qualifications:

•Proven work experience as a secretary or Administrative Assistant from 0-3 years.

•Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills.

•Phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.

•Clerical Skills such as filing, typing, and data entry.

• Proficiency with various computer programs and Microsoft Office.

•Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

•A bachelor's or associate's degree in business administration or a similar discipline.

•Experience working in an office environment is a plus.
