job Title: Relationship Manager - SMEs
Job Summary:
1. In charge of overseeing the growth and servicing of the branch's SMEs portfolio, bringing in new business, creating accounts for existing clients, paying frequent visits to clients, and making sure their needs are met precisely and on schedule.
2. Create efficient action plans to meet the portfolio targets set by the Head of SMEs and SMEs Team Leader, accounting for potential alterations to the SMEs portfolio. This will be accomplished by successfully luring in new First Segment clients and enticing current clients with the bank's offerings.

3. Acts as the primary point of contact for SMEs, responding to all of their inquiries and maintaining the banks' professional reputation to get the maximum level of client satisfaction.
4. Uphold and cultivate a solid rapport with clients in order to better understand their banking requirements, generate new business through referrals, and meet portfolio targets.
Experience:
0- 2 years of credit experience.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or Economics.
Credit course is a must.
Skills:
Excellent communication, leadership.

Innovative, self-motivated, cooperative, creative, & proactive.
the capacity to oversee several assignments and tasks concurrently and on schedule.
