Location: Haram
Job responsibilities:
1. Respond to consumer calls.
2 - Assist clients with sending or verifying documents.
3 – Respond to client business queries.
4 - Address client grievances.

5 - Deal with unusual situations during the receiving and dispatching process.
7 Organise the work of the courier, gather the business accounts, etc. with the help of the branch supervisor.
Job Qualification:
1-20 to 30 years old, college graduate or older.
2-A minimum of one year of relevant experience in customer service.
3-Excellent analytical and problem-solving thinking abilities; stability and patience outstanding communication abilities.
4-Excellent English, Microsoft Office, and Power Point.
5-It is preferred that team leaders have training and customer service experience.
