Seoudi Supermarket is looking for a Customer-Focused, Multi-Tasker, and Energetic “Front OFffice” to join our HR team.
Job Description:
-Maintaining the front desk organised and equipped with all necessary supplies.
When they reach the front desk, greeting and welcoming desks.
-Redirect phone calls to the proper offices after taking messages.
-Responding to inquiries and grievances.
-Reserve and manage meeting spaces.

-Take notes throughout meetings and document them.
-Receive and distribute letters, shipments, etc.
-Schedule follow-up appointments.
Update Calendar.
-Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
-Keep updated records and files.
Job Requirements
-Business-related BSc or equivalent degree.
-Newly graduated.
Excellent or fluent English skills.-Amazing communication abilities.
– Communication abilities.
-Awareness of office equipment.
-Basic bookkeeping and office management skills.
- A focus on customer service.
