A (junior/senior) customer care social media & email support position is available with a British e-commerce company.
Workplace conditions:
-8 hours every day -5 days at the workplace, 17 days at home -Located in New Cairo, in front of O1
-Medical and social insurance
- international customers - low traffic
-Salary: up to $7,500 depending on English proficiency.
Requirements:
-English level C1 (fluent)
-1 year of email support experience preferred
-CRM/support tool experience is a plus
-Articulate, personable & reliable with great writing skills and email etiquette
-Graduates only.

Responsibilities:
-Assist with customer complaints and questions about specific products or services
-Modify and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels
-Respond quickly to client enquiries, requests, orders, or applications.
-Be the initial point of contact and customer champion.
-Handle a high volume of customer support requests via email, or chat using empathy to answer questions and troubleshoot problems
-Conduct product research to identify new trends, market demand
-Analyze and evaluate product options based on criteria such as cost, quality and market demand.
