El Sewedy Electrical Solutions is urgently looking for an "after sales engineer" with the following criteria:
1- A bachelor of Electrical Engineering is a must.
2 - From 2-4 years of experience in L.V & M.V Panels.
3- Giza residents are preferred.
4 - transportation is provided.
Some of the key responsibilities:
- Provide after-sales service to clients including site visits, materials and tools preparation, testing and programming of electrical LV and MV components, and whatever it takes to rectify client issues at our products and get client satisfaction.

- Coordinate with third-party suppliers to get their necessary support to rectify client issues.
- Prepare a weekly plan for after-sales service visits according to clients' tickets.
- Create and update the after-sales service logbook including all necessary information.
- Prepare after-sales service monthly reports.
