MTS Travel Hurghada requires the following vacancy:

DEPARTMENT: Operations Department

JOB TITLE: Operation co-coordinator

LOCATION: Hurghada

We are looking for a Tour Operator Agent to join our operation team, a proactive and experienced professional to support the growth of our company.

Operation co-coordinator

Main Responsibilities

• Dealing with clients (TO replying to their requests and inquiries

• Build and maintain profitable partnerships with clients leading them to further growth.

• Managing stop sales.

• Controlling assessments of reservations confirmed by suppliers

• Weekly monitoring of sales reports and analysis.

• Elaboration, analysis, and interpretation of competitive reports.

• Collaborate with the Yield and Booking department.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years working in operation in travel agencies.

• Degree in Tourism or Business Administration.

• Good Level of English, German and other languages will be a plus.

• Computer skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook, etc.).

• Analytical skills, used to work with a data warehouse

• Innovative and creative personality/mind-set, able to contribute with fresh ideas.
