Talent Acquisition Section Head
A leading reputable company in FMCG field located in Dokki is looking to hire Talent Acquisition Section Head as following:
- Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role.
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including pre-screening, on-site interviews, reference checks, and offers.
- Sources candidates, manage workforce demands, and develops networks to ensure a constant flow of qualified candidates
- Create a pipeline of talent for current and future positions
- Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the recruiting strategy.
- Foster and maintain professional relationships with existing employees

- Support to identify competency development needs in the business and give ideas to build new development solutions
Job Requirements:
BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field.
7-10 years of experience in talent management in FMCG field.
Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
