Senior Quality Controllers
We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Controller & Food Safety Specialist to lead our Quality Control (QC) and Food Safety team. This position is crucial for ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and food safety across all areas of operations within our factory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control Management: Oversee all aspects of the quality control department, including raw material inspection, in-process quality checks, and finished product evaluation.
- Procedure Development: Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to ensure consistent product quality and safety.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of Food Safety and Hygiene.
- Food Safety Management: Prepare, implement, and follow up on the food safety management system.
- Pest Control Monitoring: Monitor the pest control program in collaboration with an external service provider.
- New Product Development: Participate in new product developments to ensure food safety requirements are met.
- Audit Coordination: Coordinate internal and external food safety audits and manage the results.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure implementation of National Food Safety Authority (NFSA) requirements with the corporate team.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or Veterinary Medicine.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in QC and Food Safety, particularly within the F&B manufacturing sector.
- Technical Skills: Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Language Proficiency: Very good command of the English language.
