HR Coordinator
We are hiring for work in a micro finance company (HR Coordinator)
Job Responsibilities
• Being aware of, adhering to, and overseeing the floor's application of corporate policy.
• Handling disputes and conflict within the employees.
• Submitting weekly/daily reports on the status of the call center to the HR department.
• Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
• Establishing and sustaining cooperative, positive working relationships with people over time.
• Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.

• Provide support and answers to questions or requests pertaining to HR from both internal and external sources.
• Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
• Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
Job Requirements
• A degree from a university in any pertinent discipline.
• 0 - 3 years' experience in benefits area.
• It is better to have an HR diploma or its equivalent.
• Very Good user of MS office.
• Very Good command of English language.
• Very Good Data analysis and excellent follow up skills.
• Good Problem solving and Very Good communication skills.
